Recap of earlier posts

This is just a small recap of what we posted earlier.

We will take a short rest to heal up with whatever surges we have left. (I would suggest that everyone keep one unused surge.)

I will examine the golden sword that I got from the dimension box. I wish to see if the metal is soft. By putting a minor scratch on it. Wield it and check it’s balance by going through a couple of stances.

Ella is looking at her coin for any markings that she can relate to. She is also walking the room, taking detailed notes and examining everything that she can.

Bemon, taking extreme precautions, is looking at the treasure on the floor. After he does that he will be examining his ring for anything of value.

After everything is done, we will be leaving this are by the way that we came in and trying to verify that we have indeed closed the doorway to the shadowfell.

  1. The sword appears to be servicable and every effort you make to try and scratch it fails. Gathkin maintains it is not magical but it is far harder than any metal that you have on your person. You are also pretty sure that the dragon carving on the pomel has changed slightly, almost like when you are not looking at it, it has shifted position.

Bemon's ring appears to be valuable and the treasure pile is massive, there is more gold platinum, silver and copper than you could possibly carry. All the coins have interesting mintage which Gathkin thinks is not from any city within Nentir vale. There are gems and pieces of armour all made out of jewels and precious metals.

Ella spends some time examining the details of the room but does not discover anything more about the area, her coin seems of the size that would fit into her sword, though she has not tried it as of yet.

To leave the room, the consensus is that just walking back out of the silvery doorway would do the trick. I will wait until tomorrow to reveal anything further just in case someone decides to do something specific with anything inside the room.
